    Designs - If you have an idea, we will do our best to bring it to life!  Your cup will be priced based on the complexity of your design.  ALL DESIGNS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES OR ON SOCIAL MEDIA OR ON OUR DESIGN SAMPLES PAGE THAT ARE ALREADY CREATED ARE CONSIDERED STOCK DESIGNS.

    ***If you are unsure of which option to choose, please message us! If your design ends up being more complex, we will invoice you the difference before completing the order. 

     

    If providing a company logo or your own design, AI/EPS files are highly recommended.  We also accept Canva files or high-quality PNG files (black is preferred).  

     

    **Our Tumblers are engraved, not vinyl or wrapped and are made to last with proper care.  We highly recommend that they are hand washed only.  Please know that when these cups are engraved, the warranty with the manufacturer will most likely be voided.  

     

    As with all handmade items, slight imperfections/variations may occur.  We do not offer refunds but if you need assistance or any issue arises, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you!
