IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ THE WHOLE LISTING AND PROCESSING SECTION PRIOR TO ORDERING.  CURRENTLY, WE ARE STOCKING LIMITED TUMBLERS ON HAND AND WILL ORDER YOUR TUMBLER ONCE YOU SUBMIT YOUR PRE-ORDER.  THE TIMELINE OF US HAVING THE TUMBLER TO ENGRAVE IN HAND CHANGES DAILY AND BASED ON THE COLOR. IF YOU NEED A SPECIFIC TIMELINE, PLEASE MESSAGE US PRIOR TO ORDERING AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ESTIMATE, BUT CANNOT GUARANTEE.  OUR NORMAL PROCESSING TIME BEGINS AFTER YOUR CUP ARRIVES TO US.

 

These are similar but are not the Stanley brand and are non-branded Tumblers.  We offer the Stanley Brand tumblers in another listing.

Colors: We offer a wide variety of colors.  Availability will be checked immediately upon your order.  If there is a delay or issue with your cup availability, we will contact you ASAP.  (Please see the processing section for an estimate on arrival of your Tumbler. These are meant to help with estimates but change daily and cannot be guaranteed.)

 

Designs - If you have an idea, we will do our best to bring it to life!  Your cup will be priced based on the complexity of your design.  Generally, the buckets are:

1. Stock One-Sided Designs - These are the Pre-made designs shown in the labeled photos.  More will continue to be added soon.

2. Simple Custom Designs / Simple and High-Quality Logos (examples of these are a simple name or high-quality company logo):

****During the initial launch, we will be adding additional "stock" designs.  If you are unsure of which design you want at the time of checkout, we will message you prior to production with all the most recent options that have been added.  We will contact you if there is an additional charge for the design you requested. If providing a company logo or your own design, AI/EPS files are highly recommended.  We also accept Canva files or high-quality PNG files (black is preferred).  

 

**Our Tumblers are engraved, not vinyl or wrapped and are made to last with proper care.  We highly recommend that they are hand washed only.  Please know that when these cups are engraved, the warranty with the manufacturer will most likely be voided.  

 

As with all handmade items, slight imperfections/variations may occur.  We do not offer refunds but if you need assistance or any issue arises, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you!
